By enrolling in our courses or purchasing our products, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You agree to keep your contact information updated throughout your period of engagement with ASRE.

3. Registration and Payment

Enrollment is confirmed only after the applicable fees have been received and verified.

Payments may be made through our approved Mobile Money numbers, designated bank accounts, or any other payment channels officially communicated by ASRE.

Students are responsible for ensuring that payment details are entered correctly.

4. Digital Content

All digital content provided by ASRE, including recordings, videos, presentations, lecture slides, documents, assessments, and downloadable resources, remains the intellectual property of Accra School of Real Estate.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, users may not:

  • Copy or reproduce our materials
  • Share login credentials
  • Upload our materials to third-party platforms
  • Sell, distribute, or sublicense any content
  • Modify or create derivative works from our materials

Access to digital materials is granted solely for the purchaser’s personal educational use.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, branding, logos, website content, graphics, videos, text, and educational resources are owned by Accra School of Real Estate unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action where appropriate.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful conduct toward staff, lecturers, fellow students, and guests.

ASRE reserves the right to suspend or remove any participant whose conduct disrupts learning or violates these Terms.

7. Course Changes

Students may request to change between available courses (for example, from basic to comprehensive or vice versa), subject to administrative approval and operational availability.

Any applicable fee differences must be settled before the change becomes effective.

8. Deferrals and Enrollment Transfers

Requests to defer enrollment to another cohort or transfer enrollment will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Students must submit a request explaining the reason for the request. Administration will review each application and communicate its decision accordingly.

Approval is not guaranteed.

9. Certificates

Certificates or other official documents will only be issued after students have met all academic and financial requirements of the programme.

10. Website Availability

While we strive to keep our websites and online learning platforms available at all times, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ASRE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, services, or educational materials.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions become effective once published on our official website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
