Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to physical items distributed by Accra School of Real Estate.

Digital Delivery

Digital products, including course recordings, downloadable resources, lecturer slides, and other electronic materials, are delivered electronically through our approved learning platforms, email, or other official communication channels.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on factors like enrollment verification and payment confirmation.

Collection of Physical Items

Where physical items such as certificates, identification cards, learning materials, or other resources are available for collection, students will be notified of:

• The collection date;
• The collection location; and
• Any requirements for identification before collection.

Delivery Requests

Where a student requests that a physical item be delivered instead of collected, delivery may be arranged where feasible.

All courier, transportation, handling, or delivery costs shall be borne entirely by the student.

ASRE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Students are responsible for providing accurate delivery information where delivery has been requested. Additional costs arising from incorrect addresses or contact information may be charged to the student.
