Dynamic Project and Operations Leader

Mark Nii Barnor Adom is a Project and Operations Leader with over 13 years of experience delivering multi-stakeholder initiatives across trade, education, and real estate. He currently serves as COO of the Global Africa Trade Advisory Chamber and the Ghana India Trade Advisory Chamber, where he leads strategic partnerships, policy engagement, and economic initiatives.

He holds an MSc in Project Management from GIMPA, a BA in Adult Education and Sociology from the University of Ghana, and a Google Project Management Professional Certificate. His expertise spans project management, strategic initiatives, stakeholder engagement, operations, digital marketing, and emerging technology.

Mark has led major initiatives including the Africa Real Estate Festival 2026, which attracted over 1,000 participants from across Africa, as well as the Ghana Real Estate Meetup. He also has extensive experience in academic and youth mentorship, having served as a Programme Coordinator and Lecturer at TAF College.

At the Accra School of Real Estate, Mark brings his practical experience in project leadership, real estate, stakeholder management, and strategic execution to help students develop the skills required to succeed in the industry.
