Quantity Surveyor and an Engineer

Surv. Engr. Eric Frimpong is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor and Project Management professional with over 20 years of industry experience. He holds an MSc in Construction Management and a BSc in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics from KNUST, and is a registered member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and the Ghana Institution of Engineering.

Eric has worked on major infrastructure and public health projects, including initiatives supported by USAID, Jhpiego, the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), and other international organizations. His expertise spans project scheduling, risk and value management, feasibility studies, commercial management, and public-private partnerships.

With extensive experience managing large-scale projects and a strong background in technical instruction, Eric brings practical, data-driven industry knowledge to the classroom, equipping the next generation of construction and real estate professionals with relevant skills for the industry.
