Astute Lecturer

Serwaa Bonsu Asubonteng is an astute Lecturer and Programme Coordinator for Real Estate Management and Finance at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). She is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with extensive industry experience, having worked on major projects including the Azar Chemical Industries Head Office, Promasidor Head Office, CalBank Head Office, GOIL Head Office, and numerous residential developments.

She holds an MPhil in Construction Management and Public-Private Partnerships from KNUST and is currently pursuing a PhD in Construction Management. Her expertise spans construction management, project management, leadership, and public-private partnerships, with a strong commitment to bridging the gap between academic training and industry requirements.

Her current research focuses on supporting Ghana’s transition toward net-zero carbon emissions in the construction sector through the development of a framework for the Ghanaian construction industry.

At the Accra School of Real Estate, Serwaa Bonsu Asubonteng brings her academic and professional expertise to equip students with practical, industry-relevant knowledge for successful careers in real estate.
